The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in collaboration with the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV) and the Spanish Federation of Hoteliers and Caterers (FEHR) has published an information leaflet to be distributed in restaurants.
The leaflet encourages people to get to know their wine by tasting it, to discover what the label says, as well as giving advice on how to serve and store wine.
